Relapse Prevention and Support Plan
Ongoing, trauma-informed support that helps clients maintain a safe home long after the initial clean.

We offer specialist support for individuals experiencing hoarding behaviours or home maintenance difficulties stemming from mental health challenges, trauma, neurodiversity or vulnerability. This service comprises monthly follow-up sessions following an initial deep clean and clearance.
Our Professional Approach
Our team holds mental health and safeguarding qualifications, implementing trauma-informed, person-centred practices that prioritise dignity and emotional wellbeing.
Relapse Prevention Philosophy
Progress is not always linear. Our approach focuses on building confidence, reducing shame, and supporting sustainable long-term change rather than quick fixes — working at the client's pace, with collaborative, consent-based goal-setting.
Ongoing Support Through Monthly Cleans
Regular monthly sessions provide consistency, prevent overwhelm, and help identify early warning signs, alongside practical guidance on routines, decluttering techniques, storage solutions and motivation strategies.
Partnership Working
With appropriate consent, we coordinate with social workers and other professionals on care planning and safeguarding, supporting long-term wellbeing, independence and stability.
