Our Story
Pocket Rockets launched in 2017 when Victoria began offering domestic cleaning services locally. The venture expanded with additional staff, including Jo as team leader. In 2022, Victoria and Jo became business partners, transitioning the company into a limited entity focused exclusively on biohazard and trauma cleaning rather than general domestic work.
The Founders
Victoria (Vicki)
A hands-on leader who conducts most cleaning operations herself. Vicki also serves as a trainer with Ultima Cleaning Academy and manages PR, social media and media relations, while actively supporting franchise locations.
Jo
Primarily office-based, managing administration and client relations while providing marketing and operational support to franchisees.
Team members hold certifications in biohazard and trauma cleaning, Mental Health Awareness, Safeguarding and Hoarder Disorder awareness. See our full Training & Certification page for details.
